What we collect

• Quote requests: name, email, phone, postal code, service, city and project details you submit.
• Professional accounts: business contact details, verification documents you provide, billing records, and dashboard usage.
• Usage data: pages visited and calculator/quote interactions, in aggregate analytics.

How quote-request data is shared

Your request is shared only with the professionals matched to it: at most 3 professionals for a shared lead, or 1 professional when your category is sold exclusively. We do not sell quote-request data to data brokers or to professionals outside your request's service and area. Professionals who receive your request may contact you about it; they are contractually limited to that purpose.

Retention

Quote-request contact details are kept for the period needed to run the referral, handle disputes and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised on the retention schedule operated by the HomeTarget Worker. You can ask us to delete your data or stop all contact at [email protected]; opt-outs are recorded on a suppression list and honoured across campaigns.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for the site to function and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers on quote or account pages.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA (and the substantially similar BC and Alberta PIPA statutes), you may have rights to access and correct your personal information and to withdraw consent. HomeTarget does not “sell” personal information except for the matched-lead sharing described above, which you direct when you submit a request. Contact [email protected] to exercise any right.
